Updated as of May 12, 2013> There will be room for about 8 new Streetlight members in the fall. If you are an undergrad (sophomore or junior in fall) and are interested in joining Streetlight this fall, please email us at streetlightapplication2013@gmail.com to request an application. Fall applications will not be available until July 1. Applications as well as a recommendation letter should be sent to the above email account by August 1 at midnight. On August 5th we will let you know if you have been invited for an interview. Interviews will be conducted during the first week of Fall classes. Then those selected into Streetlight will be notified at the end of that week. We require a 2 year commitment and are looking for individuals with pre-health intentions and/or a personal experience with chronic illness, suffering, or death. Thank you for your interest!
Sample Fall/Spring Schedule
Visitation Teams (5 – 6 members per shift)
- Monday through Thursday 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
- Friday 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Lounge Teams (8 – 9 members per shift)
- Monday through Thursday 5:30 p.m. -8:45 p.m.
